Terms of Use
The rules for using the blog. Most important: our content teaches and informs, but it is not investment advice.
Translation: this English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Polish original, the Polish version prevails.
§ 1. General provisions
- The Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Mota Crypto blog (hereinafter: the “Service”).
- The Service is operated by [operator's name — fill in the admin panel: Settings], [address — fill in the admin panel] (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”). Contact: [contact email — fill in the admin panel].
- The Terms of Use are the terms and conditions for the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (ustawa z 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).
- Use of the Service is free of charge and does not require creating an account. By using the Service, you accept the Terms of Use.
§ 2. Scope of services
The Service Provider makes the following available in the Service:
- articles about cryptocurrencies and digital asset markets,
- price quotes and market data retrieved from external sources,
- a search engine, likes, a list of posts saved for later, and post sharing,
- the ability to comment on posts, also with an attached image (e.g. a screenshot),
- a tab with selected posts from the X platform and notifications about featured posts,
- the Investor Zone — posts available after entering a password,
- the Trading group — a closed group in which members publish and discuss their positions, available after confirming the risk warning and entering a password.
§ 3. Technical requirements
- To use the Service you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
- Some features (likes, saved posts) use the browser's local storage. After it is cleared, these settings disappear.
- Using the internet involves the usual risks, such as malware or phishing. It is a good idea to use up-to-date software and not to give wallet recovery phrases to anyone.
§ 4. Rules of use
The Service must be used in accordance with the law and good practice. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- providing content of an unlawful nature,
- disrupting the operation of the Service, including mass automated downloading of content and artificially inflating counters,
- attempts to circumvent security measures or to gain access to the administrator panel.
§ 5. Comments
- You sign a comment with any name you like (it can be a nickname). The name and the content of the comment are publicly visible under the post.
- You are responsible for the content of your comment. In particular, it is prohibited to post content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the personal rights of other people, advertisements, spam, and other people's personal data. A comment may not contain links or website addresses — such a comment will not be accepted.
- A comment is published immediately after it is submitted. The Service Provider may turn on approval of comments before publication. The Service Provider may hide or delete a comment that violates the Terms of Use or the law and — in the event of abuse — block the ability to comment under a given name or from a given internet connection.
- You can attach one image to a comment, e.g. a screenshot of your position. The image is publicly visible together with the comment and is subject to the same rules as its content. You may only attach images you have the rights to. Before adding a screenshot, cover any data you do not want to disclose (e.g. your balance, account ID, wallet address) — never publish API keys or wallet recovery phrases. The Service Provider may delete the image alone and keep the comment.
- By adding a comment, you grant the Service Provider free-of-charge, non-exclusive consent to its publication in the Service. You can ask for your comment to be deleted by writing to the address given in § 1.
- You can report illegal content to the address given in § 1 — describe what the report concerns and give the address of the post.
§ 6. Investor Zone
- Some posts are available in the Investor Zone, after entering the password provided by the Service Provider. After entry, access on a given device lasts 30 days.
- The password must not be passed on to persons to whom the Service Provider has not provided it, nor may it be published. The Service Provider may change the password or close the zone at any time.
- Posts in the zone describe the author's investment decisions and are subject to the rules in § 8 — they are not an investment recommendation or investment advice.
§ 7. Trading group
- The Trading group is a closed part of the Service, available after entering the password provided by the Service Provider. After entry, access on a given device lasts 30 days. The password must not be passed on to persons to whom the Service Provider has not provided it, nor may it be published. The Service Provider may change the password or close the group at any time.
- Before entering the group, you have to read the risk warning and confirm it with the “I understand and accept the risk” button. Entering the group is not possible without this confirmation. The warning reads: “The content published here is for information and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Trading, especially with leverage, involves high risk and may result in the loss of all of your invested capital. Every user makes their own decisions at their own responsibility.”
- Group members can publish posts — including information about their positions (instrument, direction, price levels, leverage, result) and screenshots — and comment on other members' posts. You sign a post with any name you like (it can be a nickname). Posts and comments are visible to all group members and to the Service Provider.
- Members' posts express solely the opinions and decisions of their authors. The Service Provider does not verify them — in particular, whether a described position was actually opened and with what result it was closed. Content published in the group is not an investment recommendation or investment advice — § 8 applies to it. Following other people's positions is entirely at your own risk.
- In particular, it is prohibited in the group to: post unlawful or offensive content, promise profits, persuade others to transfer money or crypto-assets, offer paid signals, management of other people's funds or other services, advertise or spam, impersonate other people, publish other people's personal data or screenshots containing data that would allow an account or wallet to be taken over (e.g. API keys, recovery phrases). The rules on images in § 5(4) apply accordingly.
- An author can close a position, correct its result or delete their own post or comment only on the device on which they added it. The Service Provider may delete any post or comment that violates the Terms of Use or the law and — in the event of abuse — block the ability to publish under a given name or from a given internet connection, both in the group and in the comments under posts.
- By publishing in the group, you grant the Service Provider free-of-charge, non-exclusive consent to display your content to group members. You can ask for your content to be deleted by writing to the address given in § 1.
§ 8. Content is not investment advice
Important: everything we publish is for educational and informational purposes only.
- The content of the Service is not an investment recommendation or investment, legal or tax advice, and does not constitute an offer.
- Investing in cryptocurrencies involves high risk, including the risk of losing all of the capital invested. Trading, especially with leverage, involves very high risk. You make your decisions independently and on your own responsibility.
- The authors may hold the cryptocurrencies described. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
§ 9. Market data and external content
- Price quotes, charts and indicators come from external sources (including Binance, CoinGecko, Alternative.me, Yahoo Finance and the National Bank of Poland). They are for illustrative purposes, may be delayed or inaccurate, and should not be the sole basis for decisions.
- Posts displayed in the “Posts from X” tab belong to their authors. We show them for informational purposes; they do not express the position of the Service Provider and are not verified by it.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of the websites to which links lead.
§ 10. OKX affiliate links
- The Service contains two referral (affiliate) links to the OKX platform: to the exchange — my.okx.com/join/NOLIMIT — and to the OKX Wallet — web3.okx.com/pl/join/okx12to8. The links are available after clicking the “OKX” and “Wallet” buttons in the bottom right corner of the page, in windows with information about the cooperation.
- Registering through these links may result in a commission or a fee rebate being credited to the Service Provider, in accordance with the terms of the OKX affiliate program.
- The Service Provider is not OKX, does not act on its behalf and is not its employee, agent or official representative. You enter into the agreement for the use of the platform directly with OKX, under its terms and conditions — the Service Provider is not a party to it.
- OKX services may be unavailable or restricted in some jurisdictions. Before registering, check whether use of the platform is permitted in your country, and read OKX's terms and conditions and the risk information.
- The placement of the links is not an investment recommendation or an encouragement to trade crypto-assets — § 8 applies to it. You make the decision to register independently.
§ 11. Copyright
- The texts, graphics and layout of the Service are protected by copyright.
- You may quote excerpts from articles, stating the source and including a link to the post, and you may share links to posts.
- Copying entire articles or substantial parts of them requires the consent of the Service Provider.
§ 12. Liability
- The Service Provider strives to ensure that the content is reliable and up to date and that the Service runs without interruptions, but guarantees neither.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the content of the Service.
- No provision of the Terms of Use limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
§ 13. Complaints
- You can send remarks about the operation of the Service to: [contact email — fill in the admin panel].
- In your report, describe the problem and give the address of the page it concerns.
- We reply within 14 days.
§ 14. Personal data
The rules for data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 15. Final provisions
- The Service Provider may change the Terms of Use. The new version applies from the day it is published on this page.
- In matters not regulated here, Polish law applies.
- The Terms of Use apply from October 6, 2026.
